Getting up behind the boat for the first time? Do it in steel blue.

The newest Freeride colour is a soft steel blue with black trim and a grey JTPLT. Underneath, it's the same relaxed, flexible Freeride build on a lighter EcoPrene shell, made for riders getting into wake.

It carries Australian Standard AS 4758 Level 50S, the any-colour level for wake and tow sports.

Built for: first seasons on the wakeboard or wakesurfer.
Best for: new and weekend riders who want room to move. Progressing fast? The wake range has tapered and slim cuts too.

The Fit

Relaxed Fit

Cut with more room through the body than Jetpilot's tapered wake vests, and built with added flex so it adapts to a range of body types.

Tight Fit = Safe Fit

Relaxed doesn't mean loose. It should still feel tight when it's dry. It gives a little once it's wet, and a loose vest can ride up or slip off when you hit the water.

Find your size

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, then check your weight:

S: 100 cm chest, 40–60 kg
M: 104 cm chest, 60–70 kg
L: 108 cm chest, 70 kg+
XL: 112 cm chest, 70 kg+
2XL: 116 cm chest, 70 kg+
3XL: 120 cm chest, 70 kg+

Between sizes? Try both. Zip it, clip the buckle and get a mate to lift it at the shoulders: it shouldn't ride up past your chin or ears.
